Workshops
Along with performances of The Eagle Has Landed, Fool's Proof Theatre offers workshops for both amateurs and professionals. Workshops can be tailored toward special groups, such as teenagers or university students in theatre and dance departments.
As an additional experience to seeing one of our performances, Fool's Proof Theatre can offer participants an insiders' look into the process of theatre creation for a company devising its own work. On a very basic level, this is about trusting your artistic impulses in order to create your own material. Skills in basic improvisation and building stage images are taught as well as practice in group collaborative processes. Fool's Proof Theatre members are dedicated to helping others of all ages and skill levels to nourish their personal creativity, and to discover the joy in its expression.
Workshops are normally 2 hours long. Fool's Proof Theatre is also available for residencies in schools or universities, working toward a creation for performance.
